Breakout PS fixed!!!!!

<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial">The other night I removed the 6.3v power supply from the board and the lights to see if that made a difference in the 'humbars' I was getting.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial">The board wouldn't power up at all. Checking the schematic the 6.3v to the board should not affect the rest of the boards operation - it still runs on 16.5vac.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial">As I was putting the 6.3vac back - I remembered something Rodger had mentioned about the supply being out of phase - so I put it back with what was the 0vac lead on the 6.3vac and visa versa.</FONT></P>
