Well, if you want to send a bank draft they are OK, as long as they are cashable outside of the USA. That's the 'International' bit, some money orders can't be. The Post Office for example has both domestic and International Money Orders and our banks here won't accept the domestic version. 
 
That's often why folks just use a credit card...did we ever work out the freight part of this transaction???
