It's a Wells-Gardner 19K7302. Standard-res monitor, very common -- eight-liner
manufacturers used 'em by the bucketful. :)

Its most common failure is R812 burning itself up, and Q802 getting hot enough
to unsolder itself. Replacing R812 with a 270-ohm, 1W resistor will help
prevent this.
