You have to measure across the power lines to the G07, NOT referenced to
anything else. The power coming out of the isolation transformer will
have a massive DC offset in respect to game ground---that's why the
isolation transformer is there in the first place. The power coming out
of the isolation transformer swings from approximately ground to
positive 150 or so. If you read that to game ground your meter can add
the 120 volts AC to the resulting 75 volts DC and give you a reading of
close to 200 volts! Whatever your actual reading is depends on your meter.

So the way to read the voltage to the monitor is ACROSS the power lines
to the monitor, NOT referenced to anything else.
