A full Bob Roberts cap kit was installed within the last year (thought I had
put that in my first e-mail, sorry if I didn't)
Reflowing is easy enough, I can give that a shot. Might even be one of the
caps I installed, I didn't do a good job on.
Since this image didn't match any of the descriptions in the troubleshooting
flowchart, I was hopeing to narrow down what section I should be looking in.
Guess I'm spoiled by Greg Woodcock FAQ. :-)
