Equivelent of CR122A

Hi,

Does anyone know and equivelent to a CR122A (Thyristor?)for the
Over-voltage Protection Circuit in a Williams OEM PSU board?
I think it *might* cross to TIC122 but I cant seem to find them either.

Since this is for a protection circuit I really need the spec to be spot on
... I would also appreciate a Data Sheet for the CR122A if anyone has one.
