New working Electrohome

Bought a complete working Electrohome G07. The guys I
bought it from showed me a perfect picture when they
were testing it on a game of theirs, but it was a
horizontally running game.

I recently connected the monitor up to my Zaxxon
putting the monitor in a vertical position. The video
is not upside down but it looks split somehow. Here
is a picture:

Something that is a little fishy is that my previous
monitor that I thought I messed a cap kit on did
something very similar only on 3/4 of the screen.

Both pictures look kinda split. Is this possibly a
problem on the game pcb board or some cable?
