Big Electronic Games - KONAMI - no audio...

OK, I know this is not a coin-op game, but I've been trying to find info
on any setup or volume adjustments that may be possible for this
multi-Konami cabinet from 2006.

It works, but the sound is off...the speaker and final stage audio amp
work - I can generate noise out the speaker by touching the input to the
audio amp IC. It would appear to be a software setting (no dips, pots,
etc. at all) that a customer accessed somehow while playing it on the
last rental...

Nothing on line other than the assembly instructions(have that) PDF. I
have to assume that either the DAC has failed (can't source its' number)
or a combination of buttons and reset that allows one to adjust the
volume. Holding Player 1 & 2 at the same time as tapping Reset takes one
to the Update - insert Memory card routine. Not a big help!
