RE: 25k7197 with unknown problem

Turned out to be a cap kit fixed it. Just wildly out of sync I guess.

Never seen this one before. Powers up fine. This is my display tester
image (should be color bars)

Any suggestions on where to start? I have a cap kit but don't want to just
shotgun yet.
