No I do not have a service manual, though I know where one online is.
I have checked the power at the power supply and its all good!

Hey Kevin, I do have an O'scope, I'll check those things tonight to
see if I can figure out what is going one. My biggest problem it
appears is that I don't have a 6502 pod for my Fluke.
