TTL<->MOS translator circuit?

Anyone have any practice on this? I am trying to interface the Fluke to the
old Gottlieb System 1 CPU, which uses +5 and -12 MOS logic...goal is simple
RAM, ROM testing on board without having to unsolder those !@#$!@# spider IC's.

NS has a device for TTL->MOS Translation that should handle the Address and
Control lines, but the DATA path is a bit trickier.
