power supply splitter

Guys:

I was just given an interesting bench power supply splitter schematic.
This will provide a positive a negative supply from a positive supply
input. For example, the output of a +40V input is +20V and -20V. Good
for bench powering my Atari boards :) However, the circuit is limited to
about 100mA (roughly) - not enough to power my PCBs. Anyone have a
better solution short of buying a multi supply bench power source? :)

Here's a link to the schematic:

Thanks,
tom
