Perhaps the Arkanoid has an incorrect setup for the CPU. Check with the Z80
docs on what the CPU needs, and then check with the pod book to see what
the Fluke requires. You might find that instead of using a pull-up that
Taito just hardwired Halt to Vcc for example.
