HP 5005A - very nice unit!

Here are just SOME of it's features....

Differential Voltage (same as above)
Peak Voltage 0 - +/-12Vp
Frequency 0 - 50Mhz 5 digit res.
Totalizing 0 - 99,999 counts
Time Interval 10 ms, 100ms, 1s, 10s, 100s Resolution 1 count (100ns on 10ms
range)
Signature Analyzer and Differential Signatures
Resistance 0 - 10,000,000 ohms
Input protection +/-250V AC/DC 1 minute maximum for all modes.

As I said, a VERY nice tool.
