More Tek 85xx devel system questions

Hey Guys,

A couple of months ago I asked about a Tek 85xx development system and,
more specifically, the type of backup system it uses.

The backup discs in question were finally read with a a catweasel bit
level reader. The data from those discs is cleartext, but Tek used
something on the 85xx devel system called 'fbu' to make them.

Anyone have a clue what 'fbu' is and any information on Tek's floppy
archiving format in general that might help decode these things?
