I've been rehashing this again (thanks to James), and I find that there
might be a seed number in the signature disassembly I've been dealing
with. Does anyone here know enough about CRC files to be able to attempt
getting the signature from the following two different 16 bytes with the
seed of FFFFB8F9?

1st group: 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 80
Fluke signature is 68DD

2nd group: 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 Fluke
signature is 9A96

I'll post the files that I have generated using these two 16 byte files
one is called sign0180.txt and the other is sign8001.txt, they will be in
a zipped file called signature-test.zip in the TTL/Fluke/9010A
directory.
