I've been building a collection of RAM testers for a few years...Ebay...I
even found an old BugTrap RAM Test device that checks a lot of the 4116's
and most Dynamic RAM, but nothing so far that checks 2101's or 5101's...
SimCheck's old RAM tester doesn't cover those unfortunately, one needs to
find really ancient equipment sometimes...
