You could be right about the security fuse on the 'S153 - I was going from
memory. These parts go back over 20 years ago. I used to work for MMI who
created the PAL which was a competitive device to the FPLA. We had the
security link on the PALs for sure.

Interesting ............... my own research (a few days ago) revealed that
it's a PLD and doesn't have a security fuse so *can* be read. :)
