Hi Mark,

Thanks for the response.

Just 1 quick question at the moment should all the keys work from the
get go or do you have to be in certain modes as I can't get the numeric
part of the keyboard or the mode or signature buttons to register. Just
wondering if a keyscan chip isn't working.

Cheers

Chris

The 7201 is a signature analyser, with multimeter functionality. I don't
have a manual, but it's what I used when I worked for Ruffler and Deith,
back in the 1980s. At the time, HP were ridiculously expensive, so
Solatron tried to enter the market. The 7201 was unstable on some boards
(like Galaxian). I went on a two-day course near Reading, to learn how
to use it, and spent most of the time helping the designer to improve
its compatability. It didn't catch on, presumably due to its size, and
the fact that the HP products actually worked reliably!

I'll be happy to scratch my head over any further questions, if no one
comes up with a manual.

An excellent piece of nostalgia - if you decide to sell it, let me know!

Mark
