Fluke 9010A Install with FIDE

Trying to get my fluke to respond to my computer. I have a USB-to-RS232 cord, and my computer recognize the cord. I went to settings on my computer and set it to com1 and matched everything to the computer and fluke.

Wrote a simple program that just displays "test" and tried sending it through the Fluke FIDE software. The fluke never responds to when I send the program. I don't get any errors of any type on the fluke. However, on the Fluke FIDE I get the following error:
