Question about Electrohome G08 X-Y monitor

There's an 18 pin chip on the High Voltage PCB. I'd like to know how I
can get spares.

The chip says....

14-2155-01
8140 2741-01

...on it.

Could anybody tell me how I might be able to get some of these?
