No it isnt dead totally! But yes you are right about the crystal speed.
There are 2 8148 chips in the video out part of the pcb....One for the X and
one for the Y...(I assume) One chip has signal at some of the prongs...all
on the same side.....one has nothing to it....... This board had a video
problem when I got it.....Two parts where blown to bits.....I think some one
shorted the video out.........Any help welcome!!!!!!!!!
