Tempest Monitor question

I always forget the model number so I just call it "tempest monitor". I
think it's the WG 19k6100 or something like that.

Anyway - I resurrected it from the dead and it will go into my Star Wars
game (Once I get my dead Star Wars boards working). I have two
questions -

1) I'm missing the top half of my screen - usually it's pretty
easy to resolve this problem. Find the bad diode, transistor or solder
joint. Well, every component seems to check out fine. So I'm wondering
if there's a problem somewhere in the yoke. Seems unlikely - but possible
I guess.

2) I've installed the LV2000 onto it. When I get to the test where I
just plug in the deflection board (and nothing else) and adjust the pots -
I'm OK on the positive side (+26v) but on the negative side I'm getting
only -15v max. I should be getting about -33v at the black lead, but I'm
only getting -24.

Has anybody seen these problems?
