One of my favorite people is quoted in here (!) but alas with her name
misspelled.

All folks who are interested in the symbiotoic relationship between people
and computers (games included) should check out "Life on Screen" by Sherry
Turkle (not Sherry Turkic). She did ground breaking work in the impact of
games on how people (esp. younger people) think and perceive the world.

For those of us that get excited that their Tempest is about to turn 18
(October 6 is his birthday...sniff ;-) the book is must reading (ditto for
those whose real jobs have anything to do with people and the internet)
