Battlezone Crapped Out!

Damn,

The other day my Battlezone crapped out on me when I turned it on. Did a
little investigation and it appears that I'm not getting +5V on the AVG
board. Instead, I'm getting about +1.6V. I disconnected both boards and the
AR II is putting out what it should be...it's like +8V with nothing connected.
Hook up just the AVG board...back to 1.6V. So it appears I've got a problem
with the AVG board SOMEWHERE! Thing is that I have no idea where to even
begin checking (I've cleaned and inspected the edge connectors).

Any ideas or hints?
