G05-801 Deflection Prob.

I've got a G05-801 monitor in my Asteroids that I'm having problems with. The
Asteroids board is good (tested it in another unit), I fixed the power amp in
the monitor and it's now putting out +-25VDC and 6.0VAC. The HV unit also is
good and checked in another unit. So, it's gotta be a problem in the
deflection board. This is what I'm seeing in test mode:

I've replaced the 2 electrolytic caps on the deflection board. I didn't
bother with the 3rd because the manual says it's a 45MFD (say what?) 125V with
a low ESR...just what is ESR??? Any ideas on where to begin?
