I think the deepest I ever go is 1.
If I remember right (from looking at space duel and star wars vector data)
the deepest they go in the VROM is 2 and if you had a jsr from VRAM it would
make it 3.

Actually it's something I heard, so I can't really swear to it's accuracy...
;-) The Tempest stack is 4, and the AVG replacement boards I'm (still)
working on are 4 deep as well. The rumor though is that the AVG ASIC is
only three levels deep due to cost/silicon restrictions at the time. Maybe
Jeff or Anders know for sure from their coding... (I haven't written
anything on SpaceDuel or other ASIC based AVGs.)
