Major Havoc chip question

I've got a Major Havoc board that is missing a 24 pin chip at location
"13Q". A look at the manual tell me that this is a custom chip, but
offers no further information. Anyone know what this is? Is it the AVG
chip for which Clay has just made a replacement?
