These were how Asteroids were made locally in Australia.

X number were imported and then they started making them here. I saw one in
Newcastle like this - also Centipedes had the white border and vinyl
stickers here.

I'm lucky - I have one of the imports from the USA - it was stuck in the
back of a warehouse with 200 plays on it and the original coin door that
takes quarters so it looks as though it never went out on a route.
