Quantum question

I just received a Quantum RFI shield that was originally marked
"Millepede", although that has been marked out and some stamped or
handwritten numbers written below the original Millipede screen
printing. Numbers are "001.158".
Only one of the edge connectors on the RFI shield is present, with the
smaller edge connector not present and apparently never installed.

Any chance though of you with original Quantums can verify if the
Millepede RFI Shields were used?
