That's pretty neat. Order of magnitude more complex to use than the Scenix
(based on package, OTP only, who knows what the devkit costs), but it's
pretty cool. The built-in LCD segment driver and MAC is kinda cool. Looks
like it's meant to go toe to toe with Microchips "Analog" family...

I like the Philips LPC's too-- 8051 core. 8 wake from keyboard interrupt
pins, UART, hardware I2C, 2-4K OTP. About 500uA operating current around
1.8MHz clock, only 5-6 milliamps at 20MHz. Everyone's trying to eat
Microchip's lunch!

(Yes, I'm a little power-obsessed lately-- side-effect of working on devices
that only have a single AA battery and need to run for 10 hours fully
operating. ;-)
