Depends on what they included in their bill of materials costs. If they
were amortizing the cost of the vacuum-forming mould for the monitor
surround in the BOM I can see how that could add some money to it (although
I'd only expect that to be a ~$25K tool), but maybe the surround itself was
spendy? I agree though, seems a little weird.
