The NOS Wells Gardner 6100 flybacks that I got my hands on a few months
ago had the following part number: 53X0487-2. I have also pulled
flybacks from 6100 cages that had the same number with a "-1" at the end
instead of "-2". I suspect your flyback is also from a 6100. Perhaps
the label has faded/worn and the "D" is really a "0"?
