Ummmmm, yeah. Assuming I'm understanding the subject right...
Something like this:

Basically convert the X/Y outputs from a Sega Vector game to work on a
WG6100 type monitor? (So in my pictuce above the signals come in from the
vector generator boards in the Sega G-80 cage and out to a card-edge that
plugs into a Tempest harness with a WG6100 or something attached.)
Is that what you're after?
