Gang,

Looking through some other Cinematronics manuals I believe these roms could be either

Signetics 82S2708 Bi-polar proms - where pin 20 is CE (so this should be held
high on a 2708 right?) - also the number on my proms is 7820... kinda close... right?

or a: Phillips 82S181 - where the odd pinouts are:
21 = CE1
20 = CE2
19 = CE3
18 = CE4

on the pinout CE1 and CE2 is labelled as high. I have no idea what to do with this.

While I play... any ideas?

Cheers
MacMan
