It depends on what you mean by kit form.

Are we talking:
1) A kit that is applied to an existing monitor (ie a kit which turns a working G07 into a vector monitor) or
2) A kit for just building the chassis, no yoke, no tube
3) A kit for the entire monitor, including tube, yoke, etc
