It's sort of expensive, and not needed if you get a clip-on or slip-on heat
sink. It's a blue 2-part epoxy.

But game ICs don't really give off that much heat. You could probably put a
small amount of heatsink compound at the center of the chip and a small amount
of 5 minute epoxy on either end and attach it that way. WAY cheaper.

If you REALLY need the correct stuff, Allied and Newark have it. Unless you
are doing several hundred chips you might want to look for it in small easy-mix
packets. It doesn't have all that good of a shelf life and, once mixed, sets
up VERY fast.
