WG HV problems...and suggestions for solutions

Working on a early WG colour HV unit I was noticing that some of the caps
were getting warm. These were supposedly a good grade of 105C caps, yet
they were seeming to be causing problems with the thing starting up and
regulation.

I am now going to try some Panasonic high frequency high voltage caps to
replace C905, C910 and C914. I suspect they will run cooler and the
regulation will be more reliable. More to come Tuesday when the parts
arrive from Digi-Key and I get to continue the test . I am also replacing
the 1W Zeners with 2W...
