Wow.. Why not just build a new cab from scratch? Your plan seems quite ambitious. I would guess that for the benefit from the little extra effort (and cost) of building a game from scratch would be worth it. Not to mention it would be fun. Although I'm not sure what it takes to cut the T-moulding groove.
