 First you need to narrow down the problem to 1)the monitor 2)the power
supply 3) the game PCB. Does the game play (you hear sounds) but have no
picture? then the trouble is likely the monitor. If you get no sounds
and no video there is a good chance your power supply has died. Check
for +5v with a volt meter at the test points labeled on the game PCB.
Also check the fuses in the bottom of the cabinet with an ohm meter or
continuity tester (don't just look at them and assume they're good).
Report your findings to this group for more suggestions
