Posting from nonsubscribed accounts

I've seen a few bounce messages that didn't get posted to the list due to
people posting to the vector and raster lists from accounts that are not
on each respective list. Majordomo is configured this way due to the
amount of spam that is attempted to be posted to these lists (at least 2
per day). So if you're not seeing your messages appear on the list, this
is the reason why.
