Well, yes they are lower frequency, and I know they can not be used on HV
circuits such as the screen supply (charges a capacitor) or other uses but
here we are dealing with a HF charge pump, as apposed to a high frequency
rectifier and I wonder if the slow turnoff is an issue...no current to
speak of... Tell you what...I'll try it out on one of my old B&W XY monitor
and let you folks know the results. Might take a while to get around to it...
