ooh, ooh, I know this one! It's a STD BUS card. The empty sockets are
probably for 8255 PIO chips. Or 8250 SIO uarts.

I would think you could find a data sheet in some old STD bus archives

As to the BallBlazer of DAC80s , LoL The std bus D/A cards were quite
expensive.
