Re: 2N3904 substitute for MPSA06?

Except, and correct me if I am wrong, but the MPSA06 is
rated at 500 mA 80 V, while the 2N3904 is only rated at
100 mA 40 V.

Don't you think this will cause problems in the long
run, not to mention the different pin orientation?
