You just send an e-mail to vectorlist@synthcom.com and it posts it to the list.

The other thing I thought might have happened is the big power transistors
might be flaky. You could unplug the two sets of power transistors from
the monitor board and see if you get a picture. Don't leave it running
this way for too long, but it those are at fault, you should get a little
3"x3" picture in the center of the screen.
