Asteroids

On the subject of Asteroids, my Asteroids Deluxe does nothing ... Dead.
The Monitor lights up and the red LED on the PCB lights up. Checked voltage
at the harness & it's +5.3VDC. BUT, when I checked it at the check points on
the PCB, it is only 2.4. I reflowed solder on the pins of the PCB where the
harness connects, but this did not help. So I connected the +5 directly to
the pin of the PCB. Still just 2.4VDC. Anyone have any ideas of what I need
to try next to bring it back to life? Thanks in advance, Dean
