6100 Bad HV?

This is happening on a Space Duel.

Early Symptoms: On the bonus stage where the monitor gets real bright
(intense white outer frames). The screen would intermittently shrink
(flash like effect). I know something was going bad...

Current Symptom: Monitor is now dead on power up. No neck glow, very
low chatter, no spot killer on. Put in another deflection board, same
problem.

Tested Chassis transistors all check out okay. No continuity from
chassis to the top of the trans with all connectors disconnected.

Sound like a bad HV??? I just need someone to agree before I yank
everything out and recap the HV section and replace stuff.
