It's working with the cover back on. I think it's the pins on the card-edge
connector on the cage itself though. All the wires on the little
fingerboard (for lack of a better name) are tight. I also lost Y deflection
in the middle of testing all this, but wiggling the figerboard back and
forth brought it back. I cleaned the contacts and the board, but I'm
thinking of geting some pins from Bob Roberts and redoing the connector.

While I'm on the subject, here's something else weird it's always done.
Some moving objects 'wiggle', while others are solid.

Example: The whirling 'Sega' words in attact are steady (except for what
they are supposed to do) but when the white Star Trek spins into the screen,
it is jiggling back and forth.

Is this a normal artifact of the way some things are drawn, or does it
indicate a problem ?
