Chris

I need two and have decided to wait until these or
something similar come out. I've installed three
diffent Wintron flybacks and one of those failed.

Arcade Renovations will shortly have the a direct
plug-in replacement for the High voltage board found on
the now infamous Amplifone xy monitors. The unit will
be in a metal cage similar to the GO-7 high voltage
unit. The only noticeable difference is that this unit
will need to be plugged into an empty 110V ac source.
Unit has its own isolation transformer and fuses with
focus and brightness controls. As expected it will
also employ X-ray protect and shut down circuitry.
Designed to be an easy and reliable alternative to
fixing the problematic HV amplifone units.
Estimated Resale $150-$175 depending on demand.
Pre-orders being taken. 4-8 week delivery on first
units.
HV Unit is the first in a series of XY monitor
replacement parts with the second being a redesigned
deflection board. Although the amplifone deflection
board is a good reliable unit the new board will have
some added features. Microprocessor controlled spot
kill, deflection shut down after a few seconds if no
input present, Built in screen tests and again a plug
in replacement for the amplifone unit.
Estimated Resale $175-$225 depending on demand.
No pre-orders being taken yet. But please let us
now if your interested so we can notify when near
completion.
