Peter,

any scope wil work. i've not found a scope yet that wont display a decent XY
picture. Of course, the only features you're looking for are that it has an
XY mode, and optionally (preferably) that it has a 'Z' input on the back.

any 20mhz scope should suffice really.. be about ?70 no more off ebay UK...
